My Background:
My professional journey began with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and at just 22, I stepped into the fast-paced world of corporate America. There, I honed my skills in accuracy, organization, and analytical thinking—spending two decades immersed in revenue cycle management across nearly every medical specialty. This foundation was followed by ten years in Human Resources, where I specialized in recruiting, training, and creating operational systems for small to mid-size organizations.
While balancing a full-time career and nurturing entrepreneurial pursuits on the side, I dedicated myself to personal growth, becoming a Certified Hypnotist, Pranic Healer, Reiki II practitioner, and completing the rigorous requirements to become an ICF Certified Transformational Coach.

A therapist focuses on diagnosing and treatment mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. A Coach focuses on goal setting, personal development and improving performance in certain areas of life. Although they both provide support and guidance, they differ in training, scope of practice, and cost.
